## Who is Bluebird?

Dario Scilipoti founded Bluebird Coffee Roastery on 36 Main Street, Howick. The KZN Midlands isn't where most people expect to find award-winning specialty coffee, but that's part of the Bluebird thesis — great coffee doesn't need a metropolitan postcode.

Three CMA awards in five years is the headline. But the real story is what Bluebird builds around the coffee.

## The Grind Size Guide

One of the most useful free resources in SA specialty coffee. Bluebird published a comprehensive grind size guide that's become a go-to reference for home brewers across the country. (We've built our own Grind Size Guide inspired by the same ethos — making specialty coffee more accessible.)
