The House Blend of Pretoria

Founded in 2020 with two operational sites in Moreleta Park. Also branded as Kultuur (Afrikaans dual-branding — intentional, not a typo). CMA 2025 double shortlist: Café Community Award for Pretoria and Barista of the Year for head barista James Odendaal.

The festival counter featured a hand-drawn panoramic sketch of Pretoria's skyline running the full length of the bar. They didn't just bring coffee from Pretoria. They brought Pretoria.

Wamukisa — A Name That Tells a Story

Wamukisa is a Luganda word — it means blessing. Naming a milk-built blend "blessing" in the language of one of the regions you source from is a Café Community Award nomination in three syllables.
